My Golf Fitness.com was formed after seeing many golfers trying to improve their game through exercise but unfortunately most of the golfers we have come across “which is thousands” didn’t really make any difference to their game through there fitness program. hire a personal trainer that advertises golf specific training just to try and cash in on the golf market. The problem is unless the trainer has studied biomechanics and functional training in relation to golf or done a golf specific course they are not able to provide effective golf specific programs. If you have been given a golf specific programme you SHOULD have been assessed either biomechanically or functionally looking initially at your flexibility, stability, and posture. There are a number of ways to assess golfers but the common ground amongst golf fitness specialists is that unless a golfer is flexible enough stable enough and has good posture(static & dynamic) then the chances of them ever playing consistence pain free golf are rare.
